You can decide, if you want to continue testing viewflip Connect until end of your trial, or if you want to terminate this workspace immediately. All assigned users will be removed from it and converted to a Join plan. Admins will be notified via e-mail.

If you delete this user, the viewflip app will no longer be able to log in with this user on the associated device. It will also be removed from the contact lists of others who had it in their lists. Your viewflip account will not be deleted, only the user device will be unassigned.
Re-starting viewflip on the same or another device will take you through the onboarding process again, allowing you to assign a new user device with a new or the same username as before. You will need a new activation code (if it's not set as persistant), which you can generate in the activity settings and copy to the clipboard, or if you register again with your e-mail via viewflip.app/user/register, we will send you a new code.

Assign a user to the workspace
User device that shall be set as pre-listed in the user's sidebar at start once the account is set up:

You can assign users (internal team members or external partners) to your workspace with their e-mail address. To make the setup as easy as possible, you can optionally set the required account information (First- and Lastname) on their behalf, then all they have to do is choose a username in the first step of the installation.
You can decide whether you want to inform the user by e-mail or if you just want to send them a link. The download link appears if the account is not already registered. In case the account already exists with an own Connect Plan and workspace, a notification will be sent that you want to connect. If the account is registered as a Join user, they will be assigned to your workspace directly, if they have allowed this in general.
Accounts can be removed at anytime by clicking on x in the above overview at the end of the row (scroll right). Removed accounts will not be notified but will be converted to a free Join plan instantly. They can then choose to create their own Connect workspace.
