Sie ermöglichen es Teams, effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten, unabhängig davon, wo sich die einzelnen Mitglieder befinden. Jemand anderem einen Fernzugriff auf den eigenen Computer zu erteilen, ist nichts neues, und kennen wir von Teamviewer und anderen Lösungen. Was viewflip jedoch anders macht, als andere Anbieter, ist im wesentlichen das Verständnis, das man nicht nur auf sich zugreifen lassen möchte, sondern andersherum: nämlich andere auf den eigenen Computer zugreifen zu lassen!
Das kann ich als „Connect”-Nutzer tun, und damit beliebigen anderen Nutzer meinen eigenen Computer zur Steuerung freigeben und mit separaten Mauszeigern in Echtzeit daran zusammenarbeiten. Obendrein habe ich die Möglichkeit auf Experten zuzugreifen, die mir ausgehend von dem aktuellen Programmfenster helfen können, weil sie in ihrem eigenen Nutzerprofil angegeben haben, dass sie in diesem Programm Expertise und Erfahrung haben.
Das beste Tool für meinen Bedarf
Um entscheiden zu können, welche Software-Lösung auf dem Markt für meinen eigenen Anwendungsfall am geeignetsten ist, muss ich mir darüber im klaren werden, welche Funktionen und Möglichkeiten ich mir davon erhoffe.
Wenn ich einfach nur mit anderen eigene Ansichten zur Betrachtung teilen will, komme ich sicher auch mit einem gänzlich kostenlosen, „klassischen” Screen-Sharing-Tool weiter.
